E-mail to us at sales@fridge-filters.ca and explain your reason for return and provide your order number to receive a Return MerchandisePassportnumber. RMA's are only valid for thirty (30) days from the stage of original product shipment to the customer.2-Obtain your prepaid return label:Once your return is authorized Fridge-Filters.ca will provide you with a prepaid return label (either by e-mail or post) together with the RMA number.3-Repack the merchandise in original packaging:Enclose everything originally received, including all components, manuals, and registration cards. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive products in their original state shipped to you in order to process your return or exchange. Fridge-Filters.ca is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.4-Label and ship:Place the return label on the box and waif your item in any Canada Post Mailbox or Canada Post office.Authorized Returns:An authorized return is specified as any package returned to Fridge-Filters.ca with the proper return passport lawmaking (RMA#) on the shipping label. Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them in. Used products are non-refundable. Fridge-Filters.ca has the right to refuse products that are returned to us in a condition other than described on the Return Authorization.Unauthorized Returns:An unauthorized return is specified as any package returned to Fridge-Filters.ca without an RMA# on the shipping label. Unauthorized returns may include any package refused by the consumer during a wordage attempt. Unauthorized returns received by Fridge-Filters.ca may be refused at the warehouse and returned to the sender. In this case, the consumer may be held responsible for the forfeit of shipping the package when to the sender.Refused Shipments:A refused shipment occurs when the consumer refuses to winnow the package during a wordage attempt. ConcealedForfeitureis specified as any forfeiture that is not immediately noticeable at the time the package is opened or when the product is first used. Missing Content is specified as any package that is missing product that the packing slip states is included. These types of claims must be made directly to Fridge-Filters.ca as soon as possible. Any claims made without thirty days from shipment stage may not be honored.IncorrectWordageand Lost Package ClaimsIncorrectWordageis specified as any incident where the suburbanite delivers the package to the wrong write or individual. Lost Packages may occur in two ways. First, lost packages may occur when packages can not be located within the carrier's network. Second, a package may be considered lost when the carrier claims wordage was completed by leaving the package on the doorstep, but the consumer can not locate the package. Both incorrect wordage and lost package incidents are usually discovered through standard tracking of the package. Claims for either of these problems must be made directly to Fridge-Filters.ca. upon discovery. No claims will be honored without 40 days from shipment date.**For Incorrect wordage or lost package claims Fridge-Filters.ca needs to go through the process with the respective carrier. This may take 5-10 merchantry days to resolve. During this period the carrier may need to contact to the receiver and receiver's co-operation to carrier's investigation is essential for a speedy and pearly resolution.Incorrect Product ClaimsFridge-Filters.ca must be notified directly within 30 days of shipment of any package received where contents incorrect.
